Q: How do you get your training ride in when the forecast calls for 100 degree weather?
A: Hussle out the door when the thunderstorm begins and ride in the rain. And love it.

How not to get in your training ride:
Wait until the rain stops and the temp dips to a cool and crisp 97 degrees and try to ride 50 miles.
I made it 30 before bagging it. I lost the ability to blink since I hadn’t enough moisture in my body to make tears…
