Let me ask this.
Who thinks they should have been awarded an upgrade?
Sounds like someone is a little miffed to me. He he!
For the record, I tried a few times to get my 4 upgrade before I had my 10 races in. I kinda thought I was strong enough to hang with the 4's so I was a little T'd off.
But know that I'm a 4 I think it's very reasonable that I'm required to rack up a specific number of points to move up.
But, then again maybe I feel this way 'cause I'm not sure I'm ready for 3's just yet.
In my opinion I think the decision to have categories, as they are, is based on everything you've all mentioned.
